Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns Due to the hygienic nature of toilet and bathroom safety products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all parts and manuals included. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or used.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Shipping Costs
● Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the issue is our fault (e.g., the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
● Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
3. Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the detailed return instructions. Our designated return warehouse is located at: 4577 Maywood Ave, Vernon, CA 90058, USA.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our California warehouse. If the item meets our hygiene and condition standards, the refund will be approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
